Fire crews using eight pumps and an aerial ladder have been fighting a blaze at offices belonging to a housing charity in Cumbria.
Firefighters were called to the three-storey building at Moor Park in the village of Crosby at 15:12 BST.
A spokeswoman for Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service said the blaze was centred on the second and third floors, as well as in the roof.
Emergency crews remain at the scene. There are no reports of any injuries.
